Born in 1940 in Kaohsiong City, Taiwan. Graduated from the College of Fine & Applied Arts, National Taiwan Normal University and also the Industrial Design, Folkwang Fine Art College, Germany. Main works include many brightly colored items such as "Mr. Spider's Moving", "A Shrew Mouse has Come". Winner of many awards such as the Gold Prize in the Exhibition of Educational Children's Book, and others. Resides in Taipei, Taiwan.
